GQS GmbH is looking for a (Selbständige) Personalberater (m/w/d) to join the network of SKILLs HR Experts GmbH. In this self-employed role, you partner with client companies across Germany to advise on personnel matters and support the search and selection of qualified professionals and executives.

What You'll Do

Advise client companies on all aspects of personnel matters.
Support clients in the search and selection of qualified professionals and executives.
Conduct candidate search and outreach using a value-based approach.
Work on existing and joint projects within the partner network.
Operate as a self-employed consultant, potentially from a home office.

What We're Looking For

Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work as a self-employed personnel consultant.
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to read between the lines and reliably recognize people's potential and strengths.
Financial backing for the start-up phase.

Nice to Have

Established (leadership) personality.
First experience as a personnel consultant.
Previous customer contact experience and ability to persuade.
Leadership experience.
Currently working as a personnel consultant in an organization but dissatisfied.
