Baobab Insurance is looking for a Junior Broker Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our partner network and onboarding clients to our platform. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing broker partners, integrating insured SMEs onto the Baobab platform, and owning the sales process from the first contact to the signed contract.
What You'll Do
- Acquire and manage our broker partners.
- Integrate insured SMEs onto the Baobab platform, including advising on risk mitigation measures.
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Work directly with our Head of Distribution and help shape our Go-To-Market strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Work experience as an insurance broker or in the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to approach and successfully negotiate with commercial clients.
- Interest in learning new topics in the field of Cyber Security and Cyber Insurance.
- Creative, able to independently manage priorities, deadlines, and your time.
- Strong team player who can deal with various contacts.
- Speak perfect German and can communicate very well in English.
Nice to Have
- Cyber experience is an advantage, but not a must.
Team & Environment
