What You'll Do
Monitor the casino and adjacent areas through regular patrols to maintain a visible security presence. Respond promptly to incidents, unusual behavior, or safety concerns, ensuring the protection of people and property. Document events thoroughly and accurately in written reports, providing clear details when needed. Support emergency response efforts and assist in coordinating actions during critical situations. Maintain proper control of keys and access points in accordance with security protocols.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required, or a comparable mix of education and relevant experience. Candidates must be physically able to stand or walk for extended durations, climb stairs, and react quickly in emergencies. The role involves lifting items up to 20 pounds. Essential vision capabilities include close-up and distance sight, color recognition, peripheral awareness, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Individuals must demonstrate reliability and sound judgment in routine and unexpected situations.
