Sanguine Technology Solutions is hiring a Security & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the buildout of cloud governance, InfoSec, and compliance foundations for Introzy. This is a part-time role with a clear path to full-time as we grow. You'll work directly with leadership to set up security guardrails while also contributing to engineering work on infrastructure and automation.
What You'll Do
- Manage infrastructure across AWS, Render, Vercel, V0, and other cloud platforms.
- Establish InfoSec governance policies for role-based access, secrets management, and encryption.
- Prepare for security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) by implementing practices and documentation.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
- Contribute to engineering work around infrastructure, automation, and multi-environment setup.
- Use AI tools to automate compliance, monitoring, and testing tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and hosted platforms (AWS, Render, Vercel, V0, or equivalents).
- Deep understanding of InfoSec best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with IAM, secrets management, monitoring, and logging.
- Comfort working in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to take on engineering tasks (automation, CI/CD, backend infra) alongside security.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience guiding companies through SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
