About the Role
Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions to secure internal and customer-facing systems. Support secure authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management across services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IAM infrastructure and services
- Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols
- Support single sign-on and multi-factor authentication systems
- Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-premises platforms
- Monitor and respond to identity-related security events
- Collaborate with development teams to enforce access controls
- Maintain user identity lifecycle management processes
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues
- Document IAM architecture and procedures
- Evaluate and deploy identity federation technologies
- Support secure API access and service-to-service authentication
- Participate in incident response related to identity breaches
- Assist in audits and security assessments
- Stay current with IAM trends and emerging threats
- Optimize identity workflows for usability and security
- Enforce role-based and attribute-based access controls
- Manage identity provider configurations
- Work with directory services such as LDAP or Active Directory
- Improve monitoring and alerting for identity systems
- Contribute to secure system design reviews
- Automate IAM operational tasks
- Support disaster recovery planning for identity services
- Promote security best practices across teams
- Collaborate on identity governance initiatives

- Hands-on experience with identity governance tools
