Your Mission
As a Service/Security Delivery Manager, internally known as a Security Operations Manager, you'll monitor SOC service quality for clients, ensuring alignment with identified IT security risks and threats. You'll serve as Northwave's customer representative and vice versa. Our SOC continuously monitors client networks and systems to maintain robust security.
You'll oversee multiple client portfolios, guaranteeing SOC monitoring meets desired quality standards. You'll maintain comprehensive awareness of monitoring's role in the security landscape, stay attuned to SOC operations and client needs, and signal necessary service adaptations. You'll provide monthly service reports and conduct optimization discussions.
Additionally, you'll engage in sales opportunities and support SOC implementation and change projects, contributing to service quality enhancement. Your solid IT expertise and cybersecurity passion will position you as a trusted contact across all organizational levels, from system administrators to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

Educational Background
Relevant IT or IT management degree, preferably with additional cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM).
Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience in IT management, project management, service delivery, with strong IT security and infrastructure understanding.

Independent, well-organized professional with exceptional communication skills. Fluent German and proficient English required.
