Softchoice is looking for a Security Customer Solution Architect to play a key role in delivering security solutions to Canadian federal government clients. This high-impact position requires a blend of technical expertise, business consulting acumen, and excellent client communication to shape business cases and create integrated security strategies.
What You'll Do
- Work with client-facing account teams to identify client problems, map outcomes to solutions, orchestrate virtual teams, and build business cases with success metrics and adoption plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues in data & AI, infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing to provide comprehensive cyber security solutions.
- Facilitate client conversations at all organizational levels to enhance understanding of cyber security and align clients to specific security initiatives.
- Guide clients in defining security operations best practices and efficiencies.
- Deliver presentations including technical design workshops, whiteboard sessions, and product demonstrations to highlight technical and business value.
- Align with key partners including Microsoft and Cisco to deliver workshops, secure customer incentives, and proof-of-value funding.
- Own and manage end-to-end processes for proof-of-value programs, from scope definition to deployment and executive presentation.
- Actively participate in defining and developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and RFP response documents.
- Invest time in staying current with industry developments and broadening your technical skillset.
- Represent Softchoice at trade shows, webinars, and executive briefings to strengthen market awareness and build credibility.
- Support sales teams in maintaining accurate Salesforce hygiene.
What We're Looking For
- 10 or more years of demonstrated success in delivering cyber security solutions and technologies.
- Proven track record in selling multi-vendor integrated solutions and professional services.
- 7 or more years of experience working directly with the Canadian federal government.
- Strong leadership to guide technical discussions and articulate high-value strategies and solutions for clients.
- Deep knowledge of cyber security solution architecture, design, and implementation across multiple domains including networking, infrastructure, end-user compute, and cloud.
