Rockwell Automation is looking for a Security Business Analyst to serve as a key point of contact within our Global Cybersecurity Organization. In this role, you will maintain and execute day-to-day business operations, help drive cybersecurity project and program deliverables, and advocate for cybersecurity requirements with business stakeholders to maintain alignment and assess future needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, grow, and administer the Cyber Programs.
- Work cross-functionally to help drive project and program deliverables, including creating lean business cases.
- Drive the procurement of cybersecurity technology and resources.
- Facilitate strategic discussions for the Global Cybersecurity organization.
- Work with stakeholder groups to maintain and advance the cyber framework and support critical business areas.
- Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and drive issue resolution with the enterprise team.
- Collaborate with business units to determine appropriate users and groups to escalate issues.
- Follow up with stakeholders at predefined intervals to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Document and maintain the relevance of internal process documentation.
- Identify areas for streamlining and automation.
- Collect and analyze data to build plans and processes that support current requirements and scale with projected growth.
- Provide input in the development and execution of cyber programs.
- Identify and influence the adoption of best practices.
- Track and drive the resolution of all corrective action activity.
- Contribute to cybersecurity roadmap development for enterprise-level systems and ensure alignment with the overall security strategy.
- Drive process improvement and control implementation projects.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

Nice to Have
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis for IT and/or Cybersecurity.
- Experience in creating process and procedure documentation.
- Experience with cyber technology integrations.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols; industry-standard and organizationally accepted analysis principles and methods; and network security methodologies.
- Knowledge of the corporate cybersecurity threat landscape, cyber threats and vulnerabilities, system and application security threats.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP, COBIT, or TOGAF.
Team & Environment
You will work with a globally dispersed team and report to the Director of the Cybersecurity Delivery Office.
