About the Role

Securitas is looking for a Business Development Manager (m/w/d) to drive the expansion of our security services business unit in Germany. You will handle the entire sales cycle and play a key role in achieving our strategic growth objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete sales cycle within your area of responsibility.
  • Independently acquire new customers for our security solutions.
  • Conceive and implement a sustainable sales plan aligned with company strategy.
  • Take responsibility for achieving defined growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments within a matrix structure.
  • Conduct networking activities to win new clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed vocational training or university degree.
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable business development role.
  • Strong sales and profit-oriented mindset coupled with strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to target audiences.
  • Customer and service orientation as well as strong teamwork.
  • Significant interest and knowledge in security technology.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with various internal departments within a matrix structure, requiring excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Germany, offering up to 50% remote work.
