Responsibilities
- Create educational resources such as video scripts, assessments, and written content tailored to secondary-level science learners
- Ensure all materials are educationally effective, captivating, suitable for young adolescents and older teens, and accessible to all learners
- Develop specific, measurable learning goals and align instructional content to support those objectives
- Utilize digital tools including Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and screen recording applications in content creation
- Adapt teaching strategies to support varied learning preferences and student needs
- Regularly assess and improve curriculum based on performance data and stakeholder input
- Contribute to collaborative initiatives and special assignments as needed
