Deckers Brands is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate for UGG. In this 2-5 month seasonal role, you'll be responsible for creating personalized shopping experiences and providing exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Create the best possible customer experience by listening and offering recommendations based on product knowledge.
• Communicate the UGG brand’s sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments.
• Operate as part of a dynamic team and cooperate to achieve business goals.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon entering the store.
• Ensure all customer questions are addressed accurately before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including clearly communicating the return policy.
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members.
• Promote the store and brand image in all interactions, including adhering to the dress code.
• Provide exceptional service to both in-store customers and those who call on the phone.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area and employee break area, including daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting.
• Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft in accordance with policies.
• Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager in advance if late or absent.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet business needs
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have

• Two (2) years of retail store experience
