Kaufland is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at the Makarska store until 30.09.2026. In this summer role, you’ll be central to creating a great shopping atmosphere and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Ensure a fast and pleasant checkout experience using modern payment systems, supported by experienced colleagues.
- Prepare and arrange goods for sale and monitor their availability on shelves.
- Maintain impeccable order and cleanliness throughout the sales area.
- Approach each customer with a smile and focus on their needs to create a welcoming atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- Completed secondary vocational education (SSS).
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends in a dynamic retail environment.
- Reliability, responsibility, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
- A courteous and customer-focused attitude.
