Cargill is looking for a Seasonal Labourer to join our Ag & Trading enterprise in Rosetown, SK. This seasonal position runs from January to September and involves hands-on facility operations and maintenance, supporting our commitment to providing food and agricultural solutions in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
What You'll Do
- Perform facility operations including receiving and shipping products like fertilizer, chemicals, seed, and grain
- Conduct basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing operations
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What We're Looking For
- Legal entitlement to work for Cargill in Canada
- 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical duties including bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise) with the use of PPE
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- A valid Canadian full class 5 driver’s licence in good standing
Nice to Have
- Basic use of a computer
- Ability to operate mobile equipment (forklift, skid steer)
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $20 to $25 CAD/hr
