ARRISE is seeking a SDE - Customer Engineering to join a high-performing team that partners with Sales to drive revenue growth. In this hands-on role, you will contribute across the entire sales cycle, collaborating directly with customers to solve real-world problems using your expertise in automation testing and software development.
What You'll Do
- Drive customer technical product evaluations for BrowserStack end to end.
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders across Development, QA, Network, Security, and Business teams to resolve technical queries and roadblocks.
- Lead Customer Engineering activities including technical discovery, RFP responses, product value proposition, architectural guidance, and L3 technical support escalations.
- Devise technical approaches and solutions to enable customer success with BrowserStack.
- Work with cross-functional product and engineering teams, learning and developing skills in testing domain technologies like programming, test automation frameworks, CI tools, security, and networks.
- Design and lead comprehensive technical sessions and workshops for customers.
- Act as a bridge between customers and Product & Engineering teams, capturing technical product requirements and feedback to relay to product with market insights.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Automation Testing with Selenium and API.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work well in a highly dynamic, team-oriented environment with excellent customer-facing communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile software development, deployment methodologies, and the modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into easily understood frameworks and models.
- Disciplined self-starter willing to do what it takes to succeed.
- Able to work with customers in different time zones, as required.
- Comfortable working in US hours (5:00PM to 2:00AM IST).
- Currently residing in, or willing to relocate to, Mumbai.
- Willingness to travel across India for customer meetings.
