Selecta is looking for a Coffee Equipment Engineer / Field Service Technician (SCS Engineer) to join our team in Reading, UK. In this mobile role, you'll be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of our coffee and drinks machines, ensuring our customers enjoy reliable, high-quality service. You'll be a key part of our mission to create more moments of joy, united by the principle of making people feel great.
What You'll Do
- Perform installation, service, and repair of coffee and drinks machines on a mobile basis.
- Conduct annual servicing and boiler inspections.
- Provide a prompt response to service calls.
- Exercise due care and maintenance of a company vehicle.
- Participate in a weekend rota.
- Maintain awareness of and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.
- Manage the usage and control of parts stock.
What We're Looking For
- Basic electro-mechanical experience.
- A clean driving license.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Industry experience is preferable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
