inventYOU is hiring a Scrum Master / Change Manager

inventYOU is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Change Manager to join a key international project team. You will be responsible for leading agile delivery, driving organisational change, and enabling high-performing cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity.

What You'll Do

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and support self-organizing teams.
• Coach the team and broader organization on Agile/Scrum principles.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage organisational change related to project rollouts, ensuring stakeholder alignment and engagement.
• Support project and programme delivery through effective change management planning and execution.
• Collaborate with product owners, delivery managers and cross-functional teams to ensure clear backlogs and alignment on priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on team progress and project health.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in Agile delivery, including proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Solid background in leading organisational change in complex project environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in supporting digital transformation projects and Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, multicultural teams.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
