Riveron is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you will apply your deep knowledge of Scrum principles to manage Salesforce development teams and drive the successful, timely delivery of projects across Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Clouds.
What You'll Do
- Act as Scrum Master for Salesforce development teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework across Salesforce projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers to prioritize the backlog and manage sprint goals.
- Document, raise, and follow up on risks and issues for timely mitigation.
- Conduct scrum of scrums and remove impediments to ensure timely project delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Track and report team performance metrics like velocity and burndown charts to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Salesforce releases, integrations, and deployments.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and Salesforce delivery processes.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of overall professional experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master managing Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue) and custom development.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira or Rally.
- Ability to leverage JIRA to report on project KPIs.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM).
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification.
- Experience as a Business Analyst.
