Requirements
- PhD-level degree in a quantitative natural science or medical field with emphasis on large-scale data analysis
- Proven track record of high-impact scientific publications
- Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industry, with direct influence on clinical development decisions
- Demonstrated leadership in large, complex organizations, including team building and scientific mentorship
- Deep experience designing and interpreting long-term, complex clinical studies
- Recognized authority in digital health, with established networks in industry and academia
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to navigate fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a structured, problem-solving mindset
