About the Role
This position is responsible for managing client scheduling and reservation logistics, ensuring accuracy and timely communication across digital platforms in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and confirm client appointments across multiple time zones
- Maintain accurate reservation records in the company system
- Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries via email and phone
- Update calendars and notify stakeholders of changes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless booking processes
- Track reservation statuses and follow up on pending items
- Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding timing adjustments
- Ensure all booking details align with service requirements
- Support the implementation of scheduling improvements
- Monitor booking volume and anticipate peak periods
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Adhere to internal procedures for data entry and recordkeeping
- Assist with onboarding new team members to scheduling tools
