Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Employee Central projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Design and implement Employee Central solutions, including data migration and integration.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through thorough testing and quality assurance.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation and best practices.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and demos.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during project implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status updates.
  • Manage project scope and change requests effectively.
