Lead the design and deployment of SAP MM solutions in a forward-thinking, 100% employee-owned organization. In this role, you'll translate complex business needs into robust technical configurations, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules including SD, PP, WM, and FI.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee SAP MM architecture, from initial design through to implementation
- Convert business requirements into efficient, scalable system setups
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP MM with broader enterprise processes
- Guide project teams with technical expertise and strategic direction
- Evaluate system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Support data migration, testing phases, and live deployments
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal best practices
- Prepare documentation and lead training sessions for internal knowledge transfer
What You Bring
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as an SAP MM Architect or Senior Consultant
- Deep knowledge of SAP MM functions—procurement, inventory management, invoice verification
- Proven integration experience with SAP SD, PP, WM, and FI
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Experience leading workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
- Fluency in both English and German
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Additional language skills in Spanish, French, or Italian
