Fujitsu is looking for a SAP CRM Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. In this senior role, you will leverage your deep expertise in SAP CRM and ECC to influence key business process designs and work closely with business counterparts on effective solutions, particularly around order management.
What You'll Do
- Influence key Business Process designs and work closely with Business counterparts on effective solutioning around order management.
- Mentor team members on order management related business processes.
- Handle Order to Cash processing in a global environment with expertise on localization.
- Work on CRM-ECC middleware issues.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of strong experience with SAP CRM and ECC-related Sales processes.
- Demonstrated experience with the Lead to Cash process using SAP CRM and the ECC SD Module.
- Strong exposure to handling Order to Cash processing in a global environment with expertise on localization.
- Extensive hands-on work with CRM Webui, Business Roles, Base customization, Action profiles, Number ranges, and outputs.
- Strong understanding of CRM and ECC master data, including Business Partners, Material Master, Vendors, and Plants.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing for O2C processes, including Quotes, Orders, Delivery, shipments, Invoices, and EDI.
- Technical exposure to customizing features like User exits and BADIs.
- Understanding of CRM and ECC pricing configuration and processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with order management using SAP Interaction Center.
- Experience with B2B Integration using SAP CRM or Hybris.
