Lead the design and implementation of SAP analytics solutions with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, and S/4HANA. Define strategy, build planning models, integrate systems, and guide teams to deliver actionable insights across finance, HR, and other business areas.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategic direction and roadmap for SAP Analytics, including transitioning legacy systems to SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Design and develop planning models in SAP Analytics Cloud for financial and operational use, incorporating time dimensions, calendars, hierarchies, and planning versions.
- Implement planning logic using advanced features such as Data Actions, Multi Actions, formulas, allocations, spreading, and driver-based planning.
- Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with core systems including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Lead the deployment of SAP BW and BI solutions, with emphasis on BW on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere.
- Collaborate with business units such as Finance and HR to gather requirements and deliver meaningful analytics outcomes.
- Design and manage data extraction processes from SAP BW, SAP ECC, and non-SAP sources into SAP HANA for high-performance analytics.
- Mentor and lead analytics application teams to foster collaboration and drive results.
- Work with IT and business leaders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and communicate the value of global solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of SAP business processes including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
- Demonstrated experience as an SAP Analytics solution architect or team lead on multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience working with SAP technologies.
- Expert-level proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud application design and reporting.
- Strong skills in SAP Analytics Cloud planning capabilities.
