Nagarro is looking for an SAP Analytics Solution Architect to shape our analytics strategy and roadmap, particularly focusing on SAP Analytics Cloud. In this key role, you will lead full lifecycle implementations and guide IT analytics application teams, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Define the SAP Analytics strategy and roadmap, including migration of legacy analytics environments to SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Design and build SAC planning models (financial and/or operational), including time dimensions, calendars, hierarchies, and versions.
- Develop planning logic using Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas, allocations, spreading, and driver-based planning.
- Integrate SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Lead deployment of SAP BW and BI solutions, with a focus on BW on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere where applicable.
- Participate in SAP BI/BW and S/4HANA projects: requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and post go-live support.
- Design and manage SAP HANA data extraction from SAP BW, SAP ECC, and non-SAP sources to enable high-performance analytics.
- Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.) to define requirements.
- Manage and mentor IT analytics application teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align analytics initiatives with business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in SAP.
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) expertise in Application Design and Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
- Proven experience as an SAP Analytics solution architect or team lead with multiple end-to-end SAP analytics implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP line-of-business processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, etc.).
