CrowdStrike is hiring a Sandbox UI Developer (Remote, CAN)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sandbox UI Developer to join the sandbox team and reimagine the public-facing malware analysis platform. In this remote role based in Canada, you will build thick-client applications with a focus on a rich, intuitive user interface for malware hunting using Vue.js and push the boundaries of web platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and testers to deliver quality software that solves problems.
• Build thick-client applications, focusing on a rich, intuitive malware hunting user interface.
• Develop accessible interfaces.
• Work on page design and UI user interaction.

What We're Looking For

• A desire to collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and testers to deliver quality software that solves problems.
• A deep understanding of Javascript and considerable experience building thick-client applications.
• Experience with frontend framework such as Bootstrap or Materialize.
• Experience with unit testing; Vue test utils/Jest/Vitest, component testing, end to end testing. e.g. Selenium/Playwright/WebdriverIO etc.
• Functional knowledge and interest in developing accessible interfaces.
• Strong HTML & CSS skills, with a passion page design and UI user interaction, knowledge of approaches to scalable/modular CSS, & preprocessors such as SCSS & LESS.
• Familiarity with client-side build processes & tools - Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, etc.
• Comfortable with Git/version control workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vue.js (or frameworks like React or Angular).
• Relentless passion for improving page load times.
• Experience creating or contributing to open source projects.
• Experience with graphics & visualization tools.
