About the Role

marswalk media GmbH is looking for a Sales/Partner Manager Intern (m/w/d) to join our dynamic outbound team for a 3-6 month internship. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales within a fast-growing social media agency, generating qualified leads and scheduling initial meetings.

What You'll Do

  • Search for contact data and research potential customers
  • Acquire potential new customers via phone, email, or in person
  • Conduct initial meetings for needs analysis via online call or in person
  • Develop presentations for potential or existing customers
  • Hold presentations for customers and conduct sales conversations
  • Organize customer events
  • Build relationships with your customer base
  • Organize the CRM

What We're Looking For

  • Enthusiasm for social media, especially short-form content
  • Enjoy making phone calls and can handle rejection
  • Enjoy meeting new people and helping others
  • Temporarily flexible
  • Work in an organized manner and always maintain an overview
  • Speak German fluently in speech and writing (C2 level)
  • Learn quickly and enjoy learning
  • Desire to help build Europe's largest social media agency together

Team & Environment

You will be part of an over 40-person team, working specifically in our outbound sales team. The company is a young, fast-growing social media startup on a mission to connect the old world with the new through relevant, creative content and to build Gen-Z-ready brand presences.
