PRIOjet GmbH is looking for a Working Student in Corporate and Business Development (m/f/d) to provide strategic and operational support as we grow our SaaS logistics platform. In this dynamic role, you will work directly with the founders on a wide range of functions, from marketing and customer success to concept development and research, helping to shape the company's future.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the founders to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Help expand key functions including marketing, communications, customer success, and strategy.
- Develop and implement new concepts, preparing related documents and presentations.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct research on market trends and potential partnerships.
- Proactively generate new ideas to improve our product, service, and internal processes.
- Connect ideas independently and fill in gaps to drive projects forward.
- Break down complex tasks into manageable steps while maintaining a strategic view.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with business concepts in both theory and practice.
- Strong practical experience in at least one area: marketing, communications, customer success, strategy, legal, finance, or HR.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field.
- Professional written and verbal fluency in English.
- An enrolled student available to work 20 hours per week during the semester and more during breaks.
- A hands-on, builder attitude.
- A self-motivated, curious individual who learns quickly, takes initiative, and delivers value.
- A deliverer who respects deadlines, works autonomously, and excels at self-management.

Nice to Have
- Pursuing a Master’s Degree.
- Professional written and verbal fluency in German.
- Experience working in a small, highly motivated international or distributed team.
- Background or experience in the logistics industry.
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment.
