Matera GmbH is looking for an Account Manager*in - Hausverwaltung to be one of the first team members building out a new department during our scaling phase. You will take full ownership of your client portfolio, act as a project manager for essential building works, and serve as a mediator between property owners and external parties.
What You'll Do
- Build structures and processes in Munich, Berlin, or Cologne in collaboration with management.
- Take over the administration of your own client portfolio.
- Act as project manager on behalf of property owners for important building works.
- Be the mediating factor between property owners and in their exchange with third parties.
What We're Looking For
- You approach problems in a structured way and persist until you find a suitable solution.
- You possess strong communication skills and build connections with people quickly.
- You are very good at aligning the expectations of different groups of people.
- You speak fluent German and can communicate confidently in English.
Nice to Have
- You have already gained initial experience in real estate, law, or accounting.
