Mindex is hiring a Salesforce Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead work for one or more agile teams. In this role, you will define and prioritize the product backlog, determine release timing, and collaborate with stakeholders to formulate strategies that maximize value and minimize risk.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of the body of work and the Salesforce platform to elaborate clear, well-defined solution requirements.
- Partner with the Product Manager to translate high-level project deliverables into actionable, Salesforce-based product plans.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external team members to identify Salesforce product improvements, analyze user needs, define scope, and document features.
- Facilitate PI planning projects alongside the Scrum Master to align scope and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to work towards the client’s long-term product deliverables and project roadmap.
- Partner with project stakeholders to provide clarity and support for project release planning.
- Ensure product backlog and project requirements are aligned.
- Facilitate refinement of requirements via elaboration and grooming sessions to ensure scrum team alignment.
- Represent Product Management on project teams as the Decision Maker to assist in answering questions and provide direction.
- Provide direction and mentorship to the agile team and Business Analysts to ensure project deliverables are understood and accepted.
- Use graphical representations such as diagrams, models, workflow diagrams, and story maps to augment textual requirements.
