Techtorch is looking for a Salesforce Practice Leader to be accountable for our Commercial Excellence consulting business in the European region. You will blend sales enablement, client relationship management, team leadership, and project delivery to drive regional growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the Commercial Excellence practice strategy in the EU region.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers.
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist for Commercial Excellence and Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with the EU delivery head, EU sales team, and delivery managers to support pipeline growth and close new business.
- Provide pre-sales support including scoping, estimation, resource modeling, and client proposals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on assessments and implementation programs.
- Conduct discovery sessions, scope definition, and solution shaping for proposals.
- Develop offerings and accelerators in collaboration with practice and sales leadership.
- Act as lead architect on key engagements and oversee the successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate on resolving client escalations as a first point of contact for delivery managers.
- Support delivery excellence by implementing best practices in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support recruiting, mentoring, and growing Salesforce talent within the region.
- Establish training and certification pathways aligned with evolving Salesforce technologies.
- Track KPIs including utilization, delivery health, and client satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives to improve project efficiency, delivery quality, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to support regional growth.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting.
- At least 2+ years in a practice leadership or regional management role.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, delivery methodologies, and go-to-market models.
- Experience managing regional P&L or practice-level KPIs.
- Excellent client-facing skills and executive presence.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist).

- Experience in private equity-backed or mid-market transformation programs.
