Eleos Health is hiring a Salesforce Developer to join our mission-driven team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business success, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality applications using Salesforce best practices.

What You'll Do

Build custom functionalities, integrations, and user interfaces using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
Develop and execute test plans, performing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Submit and review pull requests as part of our DevOps processes.
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements.
Document technical designs, code, configurations, and system processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of Salesforce development experience, specifically with Sales & Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative automation tools.
Understanding of asynchronous patterns like Platform Events, Queueable, Batch, and Future methods.
Experience with DevOps processes (Git, CI/CD) and tools like VS Code and SFDX CLI.
Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in agile development environments.
