Eleos Health is hiring a Salesforce Developer to join our mission-driven team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business success, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality applications using Salesforce best practices.
What You'll Do
- Build custom functionalities, integrations, and user interfaces using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, performing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Submit and review pull requests as part of our DevOps processes.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements.
- Document technical designs, code, configurations, and system processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, specifically with Sales & Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative automation tools.
- Understanding of asynchronous patterns like Platform Events, Queueable, Batch, and Future methods.
- Experience with DevOps processes (Git, CI/CD) and tools like VS Code and SFDX CLI.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of integration concepts including REST/SOAP APIs and HTTP requests.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Salary range: $110,000-$130,000 annually
