Smile Digital Health is looking for a Salesforce and Systems Administrator to own the configuration, health, and performance of our Salesforce platform and other core business systems. You will be a key technical resource ensuring these systems support our operations effectively.
What You'll Do
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage user permissions, security settings, data integrity, and workflow automation.
- Provide technical support and training to system users across the organization.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
- Document system configurations, processes, and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, and reports.
- Experience managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and data security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to system troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Canada.
