Givaudan is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator for a 2-year contract in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing account strategy and ensuring seamless support for the sales team. You will contribute to business growth by delivering exceptional client service and managing projects from initiation to completion.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the account strategy execution in collaboration with respective Account Managers for the assigned client portfolio.
- Support the sales team by efficiently managing client requests and ensuring smooth communication and information flow.
- Ensure high-quality client service and relationship, reinforcing Givaudan's perception as a preferred partner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate development projects from project entry to completion, ensuring a smooth flow of information, samples, product data, and quotations.
- Actively support the KAMs in the project process.
- Register projects in the internal system, ensuring all parameters are correct and samples are shipped on time.
- Ensure price maintenance: create quotations, register NBOs, and answer price workflow on a daily basis.
- Prepare full submission packages for clients, including submission decks, pricing tables, and regulatory & technical documentation.
- Maintain a clean and up-to-date project pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree holder with an interest in the Fragrance industry.
- 5 years of working experience in an administrative role.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Project management, problem-solving, listening, and learning agility.
- Flexibility and agility.
- Ability to deliver quality work under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with key IT applications, specifically the MS Office suite.
