IDnow is hiring a Sales Specialist Go-To-Market (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the identity verification, electronic signature, and digital identity markets.
  • Support and advise clients throughout the sales cycle, from qualification and understanding of business needs to demonstrating the value of our solutions—both for prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Present our SaaS solutions during client meetings, demonstrations, and events.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads and opportunities using our CRM tool.
  • Contribute to achieving the sales team’s growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Successful first experience on a similar role in a B2B solution sales in the SaaS / technology environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of different Sales methodologies.
  • Team spirit: Work hand-in-hand with other areas of the Sales function to support the closing of new clients and satisfy our existing ones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You are a great and efficient communicator and an active listener.
  • Endless curiosity towards our clients' needs, blockers, and challenges.
  • You are highly adaptable and a champion at re-using your knowledge and know-how for new situations.
  • Fluent French and Professional English are both required.
