Adobe is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst 4 to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data analysis and innovative solutions, creating significant impact on our sales processes and helping drive our strategy to new heights.
What You'll Do
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations
- Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to craft and refine our strategy
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures
- Support the sales team with data-driven decision-making and ad hoc analysis
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales systems and tools
What We're Looking For
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively
- Cooperative attitude with a firm resolve to reach team targets
- Proficient in English
