nextive is looking for a Sales Manager:in (m/w/d) with a focus on B2B training and consulting. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, executing outreach campaigns, managing the sales funnel from start to finish, and contributing to the strategic development of our sales approach.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prioritize potential clients in areas like HR, People & Culture, Change Management, or Training & Development departments.
- Execute systematic outreach campaigns via phone, email, social media, events, or creative methods.
- Proactively plan and manage the sales funnel from initial contact through follow-ups to successful deal closure.
- Contribute your experience in B2B outreach to help strategically develop the company's sales approach.
- Regularly spar with management, bringing in best practices, new approaches, and creative ideas for visibility and acquisition.
What We're Looking For

- Fluent German and very good English language skills.
