You will manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns for our clients across platforms like TikTok, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. This role is based at our Vienna office in a young, passionate startup culture that connects diverse audiences through social media.

What You'll Do

Manage social media advertising campaigns for clients across all platforms (TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, target audiences, and landing pages.
Create detailed reports and performance analyses for clients.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of practical experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Good understanding of key performance indicators such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
Understanding of marketing funnels and how advertising fits within them.
