Matera GmbH is looking for an Account Manager in property management to join as one of the first team members building up this new area. You will be instrumental in establishing structures and processes for our growing portfolio, stepping into a pivotal role during our scaling phase.
What You'll Do
- Build structures and processes in Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg, or Frankfurt together with management.
- Take over the administration of your own portfolio of clients.
- Act as project manager for important building work on behalf of the property owners.
- Be the balancing factor between the owners themselves and in exchanges with external third parties.
What We're Looking For
- You approach problems in a structured way and persist until a suitable solution is found.
- You have pronounced communication skills and build connections with people quickly.
- You are very good at bringing together the expectations of different groups of people.
- You speak fluent German and can communicate confidently in English.
Nice to Have
- You have already gained initial experience with real estate, law, or accounting.
Team & Environment
You will be working within a growing team of 11-50 employees, joining a core group to build this new business area from the ground up.
