Spotlight Unit is hiring a Sales Manager:in (m/w/d) to lead New Business Development for our social media agency. You will join a creative, dynamic team with flat hierarchies and significant creative freedom, working on projects with brands of all sizes.

What You'll Do

Identify exciting brands and strong leads that are a perfect fit for Spotlight Unit.
Develop creative contact strategies via email, LinkedIn, direct messages, or new channels.
Design the first touchpoint and ensure a convincing entry into new customer relationships.
Represent Spotlight Unit at key industry events and expand our network with decision-makers.
Manage the internal CRM and lead management system.
Bring in fresh ideas to turn initial conversations into long-term partnerships.
Observe the market, recognize trends early, and derive concrete impulses for our sales strategy.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, New Business, or Business Development.
Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to recognize potential and pitch it convincingly.
Communicative, proactive approach and enjoyment of active exchange with people.
Genuine interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
Good feel for language and the ability to formulate messages precisely and convincingly.
Structured, independent work style with a hands-on mentality.
Ability to speak and write German at a native level.

Experience in an agency or digital environment.
