samedi GmbH is looking for a Projects Lead (m/w/d) to join us in our mission to establish digital health services and improve access to healthcare treatments. In this role, you will lead and manage projects for our key healthcare clients and partners, ensuring the efficient implementation of our software solutions. You will take on revenue and resource responsibility for a segment of our Project Implementation Team, providing content leadership and escalation management.
What You'll Do
- Create and update project structure plans, organization charts, schedules, resource plans, and target concepts, coordinating regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and professionally steer project teams, consisting of internal teams and external partners, and regularly record target vs. actual status.
- Organize, moderate, and document project-related meetings and reviews, and maintain milestone checklists and action-item checklists.
- Ensure project goal achievement, initiate timely corrective measures, and make necessary goal adjustments for your own projects and those in your Circle.
- Regularly report on the status quo in project reviews and prepare decisions to be made.
- Plan and coordinate necessary project-related budgets and resources.
- Coordinate the integration and commissioning of our software solution at customer sites and ensure necessary customer-side qualification.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of solid experience in healthcare projects.
- Solid experience in the Prince2 framework or similar methodologies.
- High degree of entrepreneurial thinking.
- High openness to new situations and enjoyment/willingness to familiarize oneself with complex project structures.
- Confident and self-assured demeanor with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key account customers.
- High level of initiative and willingness to take responsibility, and courage to make decisions even in challenging situations.
- Ability to manage customer projects from a business perspective without losing sight of customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel within Germany (50%).
- Very good German and good English language skills.
Team & Environment
You will lead one of four sub-areas ('Circles') within the Project Implementation Team and report directly to Management.
