About the Role

Blue Safety Hygienetechnologie GmbH is looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) with a field sales component responsible for the East region (Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia). You will be instrumental in building our customer base by introducing and convincing dentists of the SAFEDENTAL concept, working independently with support from our internal team and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Convince dentists in your assigned region of the SAFEDENTAL concept through dedicated customer dialogue.
  • Conduct qualified consultation meetings on-site, via phone, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Plan and execute targeted field sales appointments within your region.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team and partners who provide qualified leads.
  • Work independently in the region, finding your own clever ways to close deals.
  • Maintain stringent CRM hygiene, provide input for sales approaches, and visibly apply your strengths.

  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Proficient use of Office tools (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, CRM systems).

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working in a dental practice (e.g., as a ZFA or practice manager).
  • Career changers with dental experience keen to start a role in sales.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a company with 11-50 employees and work closely with the team in Münster while having free rein in your own region. You will report to Alexander Grüneberg, Head of Sales.
