U-Haul is seeking a Digitalization Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team as a Zoho Premium Partner. You will collaborate directly with the founder and Chief Delivery Officer to help clients transform their businesses through strategic analysis and technology implementation.
What You'll Do
- Analyze existing business processes and identify digital optimization opportunities.
- Develop tailored digitalization strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize Zoho solutions and other cloud-based business tools.
- Support automation efforts, including workflow customization, API integrations, and data management.
- Plan, manage, and oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with time and budget constraints.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through solution-oriented consulting.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
- A proactive, solution-driven consulting mindset.
- Experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
- Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management approaches.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.

- Prior experience working with or within sales organizations.
