Responsibilities:
- Customer acquisition and nurturing existing relationships – absolutely no cold-calling!
- Maintaining and following up with current client base
- Identifying market potential and developing tailored solution offerings
- Competent and sustainable customer support
Qualifications:
- Native German language proficiency
- Sales experience preferred but not mandatory – we provide comprehensive training!
- Basic computer skills
- High level of self-organization and personal motivation
- Willingness to work shift schedules (early and late shifts rotating within German time zone)
- Laptop/PC (Windows) and noise-cancelling headset required
