Agfa Healthcare is looking for a Sales Manager for its Radiology Solutions business in South Vietnam. You will be responsible for driving the CR & DR business, supporting distributors, and managing key accounts to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
What You'll Do
- Support distributors in South Vietnam and take care of key accounts.
- Execute Agfa Radiology Solutions sales strategies and drive CR & DR business for the South Vietnam market.
- Build the Governmental market segment.
- Manage key customers, distribution channels, and corporate clients.
- Execute and implement sales initiatives to meet or exceed business revenue and profitability goals.
- Map the market and provide market intelligence.
- Grow and maintain existing customers while driving new business with non-Agfa accounts, including hospitals, government facilities, corporatized groups, and independent healthcare groups.
- Work with the services group to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns.
- Execute solutions to migrate customers from analog to digital.
- Drive and manage relationships within the industry, including professional societies, government, partner vendors, and OEMs.
- Develop opportunities and sales initiatives to maximize revenues, profitability, and market share.
- Ensure compliance with the use and maintenance of SalesOne and other business tools.
- Participate in the ASEAN annual budgeting process and monthly reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of current industry technology and the ability to stay abreast of developments.
- A Tertiary Qualification or 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience and knowledge of the hospital and medical clinic environment.
- Experience in Pre Sales Product Applications.
- Ability to sell concepts and solutions in addition to products and services; must possess executive-level skills.
- Continuous learning orientation; keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies and markets.
- An innovative, creative, and resilient mindset, willing to take calculated risks.
- Ability to gain respect through leadership, credibility, reputation, and technical/business expertise.
