Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end revenue outcomes across the organization, including pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, and goal attainment.
  • Design and implement a scalable, analytics-based market entry strategy that supports long-term growth targets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact market segments, verticals, and strategic customer accounts.
  • Continuously refine pricing frameworks, deal architectures, and commercial approaches in coordination with executive leadership.
  • Directly manage key strategic accounts and major transactions, serving as senior representative in high-stakes client interactions.
  • Lead intricate sales processes, including negotiation of large-scale, multi-party agreements.
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with executive-level decision makers at client organizations.
  • Drive systematic growth within key accounts through expansion, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a high-efficiency sales operating model, including pipeline oversight, forecasting precision, and performance metric tracking.
  • Enhance revenue visibility and predictability through structured reporting and clear KPIs.
  • Lead sales planning cycles on quarterly and annual bases, and support broader organizational planning efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams to create a unified revenue generation system.
  • Jointly develop scalable product offerings, bundles, and value messaging with business units.
  • Ensure alignment between lead generation, sales execution, and delivery capabilities.
  • Promote cross-unit selling and coordinated account management.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team composed of hunters, relationship managers, and account leads.
  • Implement robust performance frameworks with clear targets, incentive models, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Coach senior sales professionals and demonstrate executive-level selling behaviors.
  • Foster a results-oriented culture rooted in ownership, discipline, and execution excellence.
  • Contribute actively to establishing the brand as an industry leader through thought leadership and strategic alliances.
  • Represent the organization in major client meetings, partner forums, and industry events.
  • Convert emerging market dynamics into actionable business opportunities and strategic actions.
