What You'll Do
Perform regular on-site audits of kitchens, retail spaces, and commissaries to assess hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and equipment cleanliness. Follow standardized checklists to evaluate practices related to food safety, employee hygiene, and product display conditions.
Inspect the proper handling, storage, and inventory control of cleaning chemicals and hygiene supplies. Confirm that dispensing systems are correctly installed and functioning as intended.
Run product demonstrations and trials for new clients and locations, showing how hygiene solutions perform in real-world settings. Address operational challenges by troubleshooting dispensers and sanitation equipment during visits.
Deliver practical training sessions on food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation best practices to client staff. Provide clear, constructive feedback to managers and supervisors based on audit findings.
Submit detailed reports after each site visit, including audit results, service records, and training documentation. Compile monthly summaries that track progress against targets, highlight recurring issues, and suggest corrective actions.
Identify gaps in current practices and recommend improvements in hygiene protocols, training, or equipment use. Support internal teams during investigations into client concerns or sanitation incidents.
Contribute to refining audit tools and field procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency over time.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a closely related field. Have 1–2 years of experience in food safety auditing, sanitation compliance, or quality assurance within food service, retail, or hospitality settings.
Demonstrate solid understanding of sanitation standards, chemical safety, and local regulatory requirements. Show strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Communicate clearly and professionally with client teams and internal stakeholders. Be comfortable delivering presentations and training on technical topics.
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Be willing to travel frequently to client sites across the country.
Be available to work holidays and non-traditional shifts, including overnight hours from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Be based in Cebu or Davao and ready to start promptly.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Hold certification in Basic Food Safety, HACCP, or a similar program. Have prior experience working with quick-service restaurants, multi-location retail, or convenience store chains.
Bring hands-on experience maintaining and repairing chemical dispensers, hand hygiene stations, or sanitation equipment.
