Role Overview
Join our team as a Sales Field Auditor focused on maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation across client sites in Cebu and Davao. In this role, you will carry out on-site evaluations at food service outlets, retail stores, and kitchen facilities to ensure adherence to established cleanliness and safety protocols. Your work will directly support client compliance, operational efficiency, and public health standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and unannounced audits using standardized checklists to assess hygiene practices in facilities such as kitchens, commissaries, and retail spaces.
- Inspect cleanliness, pest control, equipment sanitation, product display conditions, and employee hygiene behaviors.
- Review the proper handling, storage, and inventory management of cleaning chemicals and dispensing systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase the correct use and effectiveness of sanitation solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve common issues with chemical dispensers, hand hygiene units, and related equipment during site visits.
- Deliver practical training sessions on food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation best practices to client staff.
- Communicate audit findings clearly to site managers and client representatives, offering actionable recommendations.
- Submit detailed reports on audits, training, equipment servicing, and site visits within required timelines.
- Compile monthly summaries comparing audit outcomes against targets, including trends, corrective actions, and improvement suggestions.
- Identify gaps in current practices and recommend targeted interventions to enhance hygiene performance.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams on investigations related to hygiene incidents or client concerns.
- Contribute to refining audit tools, standards, and field procedures based on field insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in food safety, sanitation compliance, or quality assurance within food service, retail, or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols, chemical safety, and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse client teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various client locations nationwide.
- Availability to work holidays and non-traditional hours, including shifts from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Preference given to applicants based in Cebu or Davao who can start immediately.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Preferred Background
- Certification in Basic Food Safety, HACCP, or equivalent programs.
- Experience with Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), multi-unit retail chains, or convenience stores.
- Hands-on experience with chemical dispensers, hand sanitizer systems, and sanitation equipment maintenance.
Technical Environment

Work Arrangement
This is a locally based role in either Cebu or Davao, with regular travel required to client sites across the region. Candidates must be available to work on holidays and flexible shifts, including overnight hours as needed.
