Eye Security is hiring a Sales Executive (m/f/x) to be at the forefront of our growth in the Dutch midmarket. You will combine strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach, building strong, long-term partnerships with clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and initial outreach to negotiating and closing managed security contracts.
- Advise IT and business decision-makers on technical, organizational, and regulatory security topics.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and channel partners to deliver proven, standardized security services tailored to the midmarket.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong self-motivation, curiosity, and a genuine passion for technology.
- The ability to grasp complex solutions and communicate them in a clear and compelling way.
- A structured, goal-oriented approach combined with enthusiasm for teamwork and shared success.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

- Experience ideally in the cybersecurity sector.
