About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key decision-makers among developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Develop and grow sales within project-based sectors including villas, hotels, residential, and commercial construction.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial outreach and client meetings to proposal creation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time product delivery and effective post-sale service.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and site visits to promote offerings and strengthen client ties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging design innovations to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
- At least two years of B2B or project-based sales experience, preferably in interiors, sanitary ware, tiles, lighting, or similar fields.
- Established professional network within the design, architecture, or real estate sectors in Bali or Indonesia.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of design-driven client needs.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to independently manage time and priorities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English.
