Hach is hiring a Sales Engineer (Lucknow)

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain sales records including sales pipelines and client profiles, ensuring timely updates in the CRM system
  • Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction through effective product sales and support
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product or technology solutions
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to secure orders by demonstrating value
  • Achieve strong revenue growth targets aligned with key performance indicators
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline through regular field visits within the assigned region
  • Concentrate on strategic sectors such as Power, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages, Chemicals, and Automotive
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with System Integrators, EPCs, and Technical Consultants
  • Pursue all leads diligently to increase the likelihood of closing deals
  • Support profitable growth by applying value-based pricing strategies
  • Adhere to process standards and compliance requirements in all sales transactions
  • Learn and apply enterprise tools for daily management and problem-solving to meet growth goals
  • Create, execute, and sustain detailed account development plans
  • Maximize direct customer engagement time to improve sales effectiveness
  • Monitor sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments, then report findings and collaborate on strategic actions
