About the Role

This role involves partnering with sales teams to convert leads by providing technical expertise during customer engagements, including product demonstrations, solution design, and integration planning.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Translate technical features into business benefits for stakeholders
  • Respond to technical inquiries during the sales process
  • Develop proof-of-concept implementations for customer validation
  • Participate in RFP responses with detailed technical documentation
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess customer infrastructure
  • Identify integration needs between product and client systems
  • Support pricing and licensing discussions with technical context
  • Work with product teams to relay customer feedback
  • Assist in overcoming technical objections during procurement
  • Coordinate with internal engineering for pre-sales clarifications
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmap
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in proposals
  • Travel to customer sites for face-to-face engagements
  • Present at industry events and technical workshops
  • Document customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate on custom solution designs for complex deployments
  • Evaluate third-party tools for compatibility with offerings
  • Support post-sales handoff to implementation teams
  • Monitor competitive landscape for positioning strategies
  • Use CRM tools to track technical sales activities
  • Prepare technical onboarding materials for new clients
  • Advocate for customer needs within product development
  • Maintain consistency in technical messaging across regions
