About the Role

Arrow ECS SAS is looking for a Sales Engineer - CloudHealth to provide technical direction and business guidance to channel partners in North America. You will be accountable for partner enablement by driving technical programs and architecting solutions, leveraging your deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement specific industry and account penetration strategies with sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff on pre-sales activities for Broadcom (CloudHealth).
  • Lead in the discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of fully integrated technology solutions.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise on FinOps Public Cloud Management, including visibility, optimization, and governance.
  • Act as technical expert and consultant to develop solutions meeting the technology and business requirements of assigned channel partners.
  • Make technical and sales presentations to channel partner’s technical and sales staff.
  • Create and produce digital channel-ready technical content for Arrow social media sites and networks.
  • Serve as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners and as an internal Arrow resource on technical plays.
  • Build relationships with the Arrow account team, partners, and end users in support of sales objectives.
  • Lead CloudHealth technical sales calls with and on behalf of channel partners.
  • Qualify CloudHealth sales opportunities in terms of end customer technical requirements, competition, decision process, and funding.

What We're Looking For

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Functional knowledge of FinOps, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Results driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High level of business and sales acumen.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer focused.
  • Ability to conduct effective group presentations and/or trainings.
  • Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a pre-sales engineer or customer facing role.
  • Related industry experience and/or certifications in FinOps, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
